FARM TO EARLY CHILDHOOD: Microgreens & Sprouts in the Classroom Join Shelburne Farms Education Coordinator Jed Norris and learn about the differences and benefits of microgreens and sprouts and how to incorporate them into your classroom especially during the winter months. We will be spending time putting together a simple classroom kit for sprouting seeds or growing micro greens. We will work with sprouts and microgreens in making a recipe or two that can be used in the classroom. Learn how about the Farm to Early Childhood curriculum kits and ways you can be involved.
