Administrative Assistant

 

Seeking a part-time (22.5 hours/week) Administrative Assistant. Responsible for a variety of administrative duties including event support, conference room coordination, data entry, ordering supplies, and responding to questions from internal and external sources. Tasks which support the Executive Office priorities vary through the year: a day might include restocking the staff coffee cart, scheduling use of a conference room, writing thank you letters to donors, and updating a database.

The ideal candidate would have strong writing skills, show flexibility, and possess an organized approach. Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills are required. Website/social media aptitude, photography skills, and event planning experience are desirable. A clear understanding of confidentiality and appreciation for CSAC’s mission are important.
