Develop and manage individualized programming, treatment services and integration plans for children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Emotional/Behavioral Disorders. Train and supervise direct service staff and coordinate services effectively with school districts and other team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Training and two years experience in direct instruction and/or programming for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Emotional/Behavioral Disorders required. Must possess a solid foundation in the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis. Strong communication, teaming and organizational skills necessary. Coursework towards BCBA certification and licensure. Behavior Analyst Certification and supervisory experience desirable.
