The mission of the Community Rehabilitation and Treatment Program is to help people with
persistent psychiatric difficulties to live fully in the Addison County
Community.
With this in mind, we provide the following services:
individual and group counseling (Middlebury, Bristol, Vergennes)
service coordination and outreach
crisis intervention services
medication
supported housing
employment and volunteer services (Evergreen House)
