Welcome to The Counseling Service of Addison County’s Description of Benefits Section.

Please select an area below to explore current Description of Benefits: 

  1. An employee who is classified as regular part-time or regular full-time may be eligible for coverage in our benefits program if scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week. Please note that there may be differences in benefits coverage between part-time and full-time employees.
  2. New employees who meet the eligibility criteria are eligible for benefits coverage beginning the first day of the month following 30 days of employment, unless otherwise specified at the time of hire.
  3. The Counseling Serivce of Addison County, Inc. is committed to offering employees a comprehensive benefit program. Employees may be eligible and may choose from a variety of plans including:

Disability Day Leave
Employees earn Disability Days to help cover time away from their position due to a “serious health condition” of themselves or a family member.

Paid Educational Leave
Employees may earn paid educational leave for the purpose of training or academic courses related to the employee's field.

Employee Assistance Program
Employees and their dependents may have access to resources to help with everyday challenges of work and life.

Wellness Programs
Employees may participate in a variety of wellness programs that promote a healthier lifestyle.

Professional Dues
The agency will pay part of an employee's professional association dues with approval from the Division Director.
